A Cardiff original that Bristol has been quietly desperate for, Brother Thai finally landed on Stokes Croft in 2026 after years of building a cult following at the Harbourside Market. Founded by Andrew Chongsathien, the concept is built around a unique Thai roti bar, think flaky, buttery flatbreads loaded with sticky spicy beef or roasted jackfruit, alongside rice bowls, noodles and a spicy waterfall salad that earns its name.
