A family-run burger joint on Mina Road in St Werburghs, Popti Bros is the kind of spot that gets passed around Bristol as a quiet recommendation and somehow never loses its charm. Founded by Leon Hughes, formerly of the much-loved Rebel Roll, and his sons, the burgers are built around locally sourced, grass-fed dry-aged beef butchered next door at Beast. Breakfast baps and good coffee in the morning, proper burgers by afternoon. Small, unpretentious, and genuinely one of Bristol's best.
