Bristol's first Japanese listening bar, Lonely Mouth sits at the top of Gloucester Road and operates entirely on its own terms. Founded by Olivia Maxwell-Yates after a formative trip to Japan, the place is built around the idea that good food and good music belong together. By day you're getting Japanese breakfasts, chazuke and French toast with matcha; by night it shifts into small plates and a proper evening vibe.
