Sitting on Brunel Lock Road beneath a flyover at the Cumberland Basin, Noah's is one of those only-in-Bristol spots that somehow makes the setting work entirely in its favour. The wood-clad, porthole-windowed restaurant is run by husband-and-wife team Dan and Joie Rosser, and the menu is built around whatever came off the boats at Brixham and Newlyn that morning. Voted 2nd best fish and chip restaurant in the UK in 2026, it earns that reputation through serious cooking rather than fanfare.
